Another cake...

So on Monday we made another cake, only this time we took a picture of it (sorry misses Moors, we did not take a picture of the cheesecake ;) ) and it turned out pretty great. We went into Headington to buy some of the ingredients and when we got home we started our peace of art. We made a 3 tiered cake that was chocolate flavored. It took us quite some time to make the mixture. We took a bowl that was way too small for the amount of mixture we needed and we had to be very careful if we did not want to cover the whole kitchen with the mixture. Apparently we were also out of cocoa powder. We had some left but not enough and we spend 15 minutes looking for more cocoa powder which we eventually did not find. Therefore we decided to use hot chocolate powder which sounds really dumb, and it was initially, but you don't taste the difference. After that we put the mixture into the cake tins.
When they were done we decorated them and I added a photo with the final result. We went to bed early because the next day we were going to London.
